HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons, etc.
WHEN WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

You will be able to follow your parcel in real time. Keep in mind, parcel tracking is updated within 48-72 hours.

Please allow extra time to process your order during public holidays and busy periods. Local customs and the Postal Service may also require additional time to work on the processing/delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Valentine’s Day).
Orders may be delivered via the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are unable to receive the package upon arrival, a notice may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
If any package is returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or the unavailability of a person to receive such a package, there will be NO reshipping arrangement.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Always double-check and make sure your shipping information is accurate. In the event that we need additional information to complete an order. Usually, because of incorrect and/or missing information, you may be required to update your delivery information by contacting us at contact@vndskicks.com ASAP so we can correct this before your order ships out.
Orders can be changed within 2 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our logistics team.
Please send an email as soon as possible, including [WRONG ADDRESS] in the subject line, so we can notice your high-priority issue.
Issues like these may delay the processing, shipment, and therefore delivery of your order.
VNDS Kicks is not responsible for returned items due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses or the parcel has been damaged during transport by the deliverymen (In the latter case, please contact the delivery company directly to file a complaint; we do not take responsibility for these incidents).
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will automatically receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

In rare cases, international orders may be subject to customs duties depending on your destination address. If a fee or tax is required on your order, it is the customer's responsibility to fulfill the payment obligation. Unfortunately, we have no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they may be. We are not liable for these charges and, unfortunately, cannot reimburse or refund these costs.
THE PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED
Delivery times can vary during busy periods. Customers should wait at least 30 days before declaring packages lost, as per shipping companies' recommendations. This period can be up to 45 days, depending on the destination. All packages have delivery confirmation. If the courier claims the parcel is delivered, please check with your neighbors or clerk.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a clear and straightforward return guarantee, designed to let you shop with complete peace of mind while ensuring fairness for everyone.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase or 14 days after receiving your order (whichever gives you more time) to request a return. In the event of a delivery delay, the return period will begin from the actual day you receive your package, ensuring your right to return is fully protected.
To benefit from this guarantee, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Items must be returned in strictly the same condition as originally shipped, in perfect condition, and must not have been opened, unsealed, unpacked, worn, used, washed, or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to verify the order. If the product is not returned in its original, intact condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. -

Any refund request must be substantiated and may be subject to verification. Depending on the situation, we may require evidence to confirm the incident, including (without limitation): clear photos/videos of the parcel and product upon delivery, photos of the shipping label, outer box, and protective packaging, and/or any relevant document/confirmation from the carrier. If sufficient proof is not provided, or if the information appears inconsistent, we reserve the right to refuse the return and/or refund request.
If the carrier tracking shows the parcel as “delivered,” the order will be presumed delivered to the address provided at checkout. Any delivery dispute must be reported as soon as possible to allow us to open a carrier investigation. We reserve the right, where appropriate, to offer an alternative resolution to a refund (for example: reshipment or store credit), when feasible and reasonable.

We consider a parcel lost if it has not arrived within 45 working days. If 45 working days have passed since fulfillment and your order has not arrived, you will receive a full refund.
