HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons, etc.
WHEN WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you.
Bring your order number and your email then go to our page "Track Your Order" on our website.
You will be able to follow your parcel in real time. Keep in mind, parcel tracking is updated within 48-72 hours.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER DELIVERED?
Update: As a consequence of the coronavirus episode (COVID-19), our STANDARD shipping delivery times can be affected. We can not be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control.
We're working diligently to prepare and ship all orders as soon as possible! We understand the frustration of having to wait for orders longer than expected, but one thing we don't want to sacrifice is the quality of our service. Our main goal at this moment is to guarantee delivery rather than delivery time.
We appreciate your patience and to solve in part this inconvenience, we negotiated with our new shipping partner, a new way of delivery, the EXPRESS delivery within 10-16 business days.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Locals customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Valentine’s Day).
Orders may be delivered via the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are unable to receive the package upon arrival, a notice may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
In the event any package is returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or unavailability of a person to receive such package, there will be NO reshipping arrangement.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
We currently offer FREE Standard shipping worldwide on every order! You will be able to to follow your order step by step.
We also propose an EXPRESS shipping. You will be able to to follow your order step by step.
I ENTERED A WRONG ADRESS? WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Always double-check and make sure your shipping information is accurate. In the event, we need additional information to complete an order. Usually, because of incorrect and/or missing information, you may be required to update your delivery information by contacting us to email@example.com ASAP so we can correct this before your order ships out.
Orders can be changed within 2 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our logistics team.
Please send an email as soon as possible, including [WRONG ADDRESS] in the subject line so we notice your high priority issue.
Issues like these may delay processing, shipment and therefore delivery of your order.
VNDS Kicks is not responsible for returned items due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses or the parcel has been damaged during the transport by the deliverymen (In the latter case, please contact the delivery company directly to file a complaint, we do not take responsibility for these incidents.)
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will automatically receive an e-mail notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

In rare cases, international orders may be subject to customs duties depending on your destination address. If a fee or tax is required on your order, it is the customers' responsibility to fulfill the payment obligation. Unfortunately, we have no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they may be. We are not liable for these charges and unfortunately cannot reimburse or refund these costs.
PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED
Delivery times can vary during busy periods. Customers should wait at least 30 days before declaring packages lost as per shipping companies' recommendations. This period can be up to 45 days depending on destination. All packages have delivery confirmation. If the courier claims the parcel is delivered, please check with your neighbors or clerk.
MISSING OR WRONG ITEMS
Please note, all orders are documented and photographed prior to shipment to avoid fraudulent claims. VNDS Kicks must be notified within 7 days of delivery date for any of the following issues:
- Missing Items: Please contact us. Once verified, we will ship missing item(s)
- Wrong Items: Please contact us. Once verified, we will ship the correct item(s)
We offer a 30 day return policy (from the day of purchase) or 7 days after order arrival. If 30 days have gone by since your order was placed and you have asked for a return on defected items, and already sent out the items back to the desired address, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Alternatively if the shipment is delayed, 7 days will still begin from the day the order arrives.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags still attached to it where applicable. The buyer is responsible for costs of returns.
All of our products are customized, and have no affiliation with brands, inc(Nike, jordan, adidas, yeezy, etc) Most of our products are made by 3D printer.
And the color of the shoes is painted by handwork, therefore, some of the shoes might appear color overflow, which might need your tolerance. Instead of an art work, our tiny sneaker is more likely a key chain or a display toy.
- Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds and returns are applicable on damaged goods only. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Lost Items
We consider a parcel lost if it has not arrived within 45 working days. If 45 working days pass since fulfillment and your order has not arrived, you will receive a full refund.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please contact us if you have any payment disputes. We can solve problems faster than the bank or payment processor.
Credit card chargebacks are taken seriously. As a matter of fraud protection, any chargeback will result in the customer placed on the no-sell list and reported.
