We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons, etc.

Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

You will be able to follow your parcel in real time. Keep in mind, parcel tracking is updated within 48-72 hours.

Orders may be delivered via the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If any package is returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or the unavailability of a person to receive such a package, there will be NO reshipping arrangement.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Always double-check and make sure your shipping information is accurate. In the event that we need additional information to complete an order. Usually, because of incorrect and/or missing information, you may be required to update your delivery information by contacting us at contact@vndskicks.com ASAP so we can correct this before your order ships out.
Orders can be changed within 2 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our logistics team.
Please send an email as soon as possible, including [WRONG ADDRESS] in the subject line, so we can notice your high-priority issue.
Issues like these may delay the processing, shipment, and therefore delivery of your order.
VNDS Kicks is not responsible for returned items due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses or the parcel has been damaged during transport by the deliverymen (In the latter case, please contact the delivery company directly to file a complaint; we do not take responsibility for these incidents).

In rare cases, international orders may be subject to customs duties depending on your destination address. If a fee or tax is required on your order, it is the customer's responsibility to fulfill the payment obligation. Delivery times can vary during busy periods. Customers should wait at least 30 days before declaring packages lost, as per shipping companies' recommendations. This period can be up to 45 days, depending on the destination. All packages have delivery confirmation. If the courier claims the parcel is delivered, please check with your neighbors or clerk.

RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of purchase or 14 days after receiving your order (whichever gives you more time) to request a return. In the event of a delivery delay, the return period will begin from the actual day you receive your package, ensuring your right to return is fully protected.

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, in line with standard e-commerce practices across Europe.
